Beef and Zucchini Gratin

   


INGEDIENT
   10medium zucchinis 
2/1tsp  salt Oil
   1tbsp. vegetable
  1medium onion ,finely
    minced beef   500 g d
2cloves fresh garlic crushed  
 tsp cinnamon 1\3       
1tsp black pepper freshly cracked
1sachet maggi  bechamal sauce mix
 3cups skimmed milk
                 6tsp.  parmesan cheese  grated  

DIRECTIONS  -
preheat oven to 200 c and place on medium level-
wash zucchini and trim off stem and tip split in half and place on a baking tray .sprinkle salt and roast in  an oven for 5-10 minutes until slightly golden and tender . remove ,allow to cool slightly and turn oven down to 180 c

  meanwhile heat oil in a deep frying pan add onions and saute until golden add minced meat and continue cooking until meat is cooked through -
add garlic ,cinnamon and black pepper and cook for another 5 minutes remove from  heat and place  the meat mixture in a deep black dish

  prepare bechamel sauce by mixing maggi béchamel sauce mix in skimmed milk ,bring to a boil and allow to cook for 2-3 minutes until thickened

pour the prepared sauce oven the cooked meat and arrange roasted zucchinis on top sprinkle parmesan cheese and bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is golden  -

       preheat oven to 200 c and place rack on medium level
